Perceptions and attitudes towards health center services in Bandar Baru JKA Bandar Baru district Pidie Jaya Year 2012



Health Insurance Aceh (JKA) has a clear legal basis, and is particularly relevant to the social conditions of conflict and post-tsunami Aceh. Although the application of JKA program has successfully increased public interest, characterized by the quantity of the number of people who seek treatment significantly (to address community grievances will high cost of treatment), but it has not felt completely run effectively. This is influenced olehg aspects that determine the success of the program, including the availability of service procedure (resources) are not adequate, both to guide the implementation, the mechanism of action / management and service coordination JKA. This research objective was to determine the perceptions and attitudes towards health center services in Bandar Baru JKA Bandar Baru district Pidie Jaya Year 2012. Analytical study is a cross sectional design of the study population in 1346 patients. Sampling using the formula Notoatmodjo, 2010 amounted to 97 respondents. Data collected directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results were analyzed by SPSS and presented in frequency distribution tables and cross-tabulations. The study was conducted from 12 to 17 November 2012. The results P-Value <0.05 so that the hypothesis stating there is a relationship between service to the public perception of JKA JKA, P-Value <0.05 so that the hypothesis stating there is a relationship between service JKA JKA public manner. Recommended to the patient to take advantage of services at the health center JKA Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya.
