Relationships Health Insurance Enforcement Aceh (JKA) Increased Performance Against Nurses In Providing Care in Bandar Baru Health Center Pidie Jaya Year 2012



To maximize health insurance to people who are insured in the JKA, Aceh Health Office, will form a monitoring team performance of nurses in each hospital and clinic. This research objective was to determine the relationship Enforcement of Health Insurance Aceh (JKA) Increased Performance Against Nurses In Health Centers Providing Care in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya in 2012. Analytical study is a cross sectional design of the study population was 76 nurses. Sampling using total sampling amounted to 76 respondents. Data collected directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results were analyzed by SPSS and presented in tables and cross tabulation frequency distributionThe study was conducted from 12 to 17 November 2012. The results P-value 0.005, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected, which means a significant relationship between the provision of medical services to the performance of nurses. P-value <0.129, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means the absence of a meaningful relationship between the exterior of the building activities with nurse performance. P-value <0.054, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means the absence of a meaningful relationship between the evaluation of the performance of nurses. Recommended to the patient to take advantage of services at the health center JKA Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya
