How to Control and Handling Stress



Tips for controlling stress as follows:
1.       Attitudes, beliefs and thoughts are positive, flexible, rational, and adaptive to others. That is, do not blame others first before self-introspection by the internal control.
2.       Control factors causing stress to the road:
a. Ability aware (awareness skills)
b. The ability to accept (acceptance skills)
c. The ability to cope (coping skills)
d. The ability to act (action skills)
e. Watch yourself, interpersonal and interactive process, as well as your environment.
f. Develop an attitude efficient
g. relaxation
h. Visualization (guided fantasy)
i. Circuit breaker and corridors stress.
Brief techniques to relieve stress, for example, perform deep breathing, relaxing bath in the bathtub, laughing, massage, reading, positive addiction (do that on a regular basis like), regular breaks and a chat
The stress management strategies can be done in many ways. One thing that is important in the effective stress management is that students can use more than one strategy to bring them deal with stress. For example, the advice that is given to students who have a large amount of stress may include the following:
a. Develop the attitude of trust
b. reducing anger
c. Improve self-efficacy
d. Using a variety of coping strategies
e. Set aside time for play and relaxation
f. stop smoking
g. Lose weight
h. Exercising a few times a week
i. Develop a more positive self-image
