Body Reaction Against Stress



As already mentioned upfront that what is meant by stress is the body's reaction or response to psychosocial stressors (mental stress or load life). Unless the symptoms of stress and behavioral change steps that have been outlined in advance, then someone who is experiencing stress can also be viewed or in feel of the changes that occur in the body such as, among others:
a.       hair
The original hair color black, the color gradually changes to brown and dull.
b.      eye
Visual acuity is often disrupted such that reading is not clear because of vague
c.       ear
Hearing is often disturbed by the sound of ringing (tinnitus)
d.      power of thought
lowered ability to think and remember and concentration. people become forgetful and often complain of headaches or dizziness.
e.      facial expressions
The face of someone who seems tense stress, forehead wrinkles, mimic appears serious, not relaxing, talking tough, hard to smile / laugh and twitch of the facial skin (facial tin)
f.        mouth
The mouth and lips feel dry so that someone drinking. Other than that the throat as if no lump so it hard to swallow, it is caused because the muscles in the throat circumference having spasms (muscle cramps) so it seemed to "choke"
g.       skin
In people who experience stress reactions assortment of skin on the skin of the body partly feel hot or cold or excessive sweating.
h.      respiratory system
Respiratory someone who is experiencing stress may be delayed as heavy and shortness of breath caused the narrowing of the respiratory tract from the nose, throat and chest muscles cavity
i.         cardiovascular system
Heart and vascular system or cardiovascular faalnya be delayed due to stress
j.        digestive System
People who experience stress often experience a disruption in the digestive system. For example, the stomach was bloated, nausea and pain.
k.       urinary system
People who are suffering from stress urinary function (urine) may also be disrupted. That often people are complaining about the frequency to urinate more frequently than usual even though he was not a diabetic (diabetes millitus)
l.         Musculoskeletal system
Stress can also manifest in the form of complaints to the muscle and bone (musculosceletal). Question often complain of muscle pain (cheese) as in pin-prick, stiff and tense
m.    Endocrine system
Disorders of the endocrine system (hormonal) in those under stress is the elevated blood sugar, and if it is prolonged bias resulting from diabetes (diabetes mellitus)
n.      libido
Someone in the field of sexual excitement can also be affected by stress.
